The Culture 2011 Tall Ships Regatta enriched the list of participants in class B.

This year in Klaipeda we will see new "quests" in our sea port:"Teckla" (Netherlands) and Russian schooner "Nadezhda". Klaipeda embankments will decorate and some 2009 regatta's participants like Finnish schooner "Helen, " Germans "Johann Smidt" and two old building sailboats: 1929 built 'Maybe' (UK) and 'De Gallant' - 1916 construction schooner belonging to the Netherlands.
