"Klaipeda is prepared for THE CULTURE 2011 TALL SHIPS REGATTA",  - said Vytautas Grubliauskas, Mayor of Klaipeda city.

After press conference, Eugenijus Gentvilas, CEO of Klaipeda State Sea Port Authority, noted that vessels will not be charged any fees. The main mooring this year will be in the territory of Memel City, Danes river and the Cruise ship terminal area.

This year's budget is more modest than two years ago, during The Tall Ships Races 2009, but event organizers said that celebration certainly will not disappoint guests.
