Accreditation for "The Culture 2011 TALL SHIPS Regatta" EVENT
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document determine the accreditation and journalists rules for the "The Culture 2011 TALL SHIPS Regatta" event.
1.2. All media sources have the right to accredit their journalists in light of this document conditions.
1.3. "The Culture 2011 Tall Ships Regatta" press centre staff must ensure that the accredited journalists comply with these rules.
II. ACCREDITATION
2.1. For "The Culture 2011 Tall Ships Regatta" events can be accredited registered information producers and foreign journalists.
2.2. Accreditation period: August 18- 21.
2.3. Accreditation question will be decided at The Culture 2011 Tall Ships Regatta Organizing Committee in Klaipeda after received a completed accreditation form with a request to accredit journalist.
2.4. Journalists accreditation cards journalists will be able to take in Regatta's press centre from August 18th, 08.00. Address: Zveju St. 22, Klaipeda. Phone number: 0037067251401
III. LABOUR ORGANISATION
3.1. The journalists with accreditation card will be able to use Regatta's press centre during its working hours (08:00 to 23:00 hrs.). All press conferences and official events will be opened for journalists, including the media boat for trips to the lagoon and the sea, the right to attend chosen boats, use press centres developed and distributed information and visual material.
3.2. Regatta's press centre staff will provide all information for journalists: about the regatta events, sailing ships, locations, events time, expected guests etc. Also, press centre staff will show in the journalists to their preferred sailing ships or Regattas Organizing Office representatives for comments or interviews.
3.3. Before the official events involving state leaders, journalists should inform about the person they're willing to interview, but the press centre staff do not guarantee such access, as well as to visit a special security zones.
IV. TERMINATION OF ACCREDITATION
4.1. Accreditation may be cancelled if a journalist violates the Republic of Lithuania Public Information Act, other laws of the Republic of Lithuanian Journalists and Publishers Ethics Code.
